TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USAGE

The follow words and phrases will represent their following description throughout the entirety of this document:
- "the company" = LimeHosting
- "you" = the user this document is applying to
- "we", "our", "us" = direct indication of LimeHosting
By purchasing a product from us, or using any of our services, you are hereby agreeing that you have acknowledged and understand this document and therefore are under any obligations stated within this document, to the company. Any breach of these terms and conditions mean that you will be held liable to any expense of the company through physical/virtual damage you have caused.
1. You agree to use all of our services lawfully in a respectful manner that does not affect anyone/anything in a detrimental manner
2. Any losses are at your own expense. We will attempt to assist you as much as we can, although there is no guarantee that any data can be recovered at all
3. If at any time the company closes during time that you have paid for any of our services, we will attempt to repay you for the time that you should have had, although under certain circumstances, you should understand that this may not be possible
4. Refunds on most of our services are possible within 3 days (72 hours) of purchase, but require thorough checking by a senior member of staff from the company, and depending on the situation may be denied if good reason is given by the company (all refunds require confirmation from the Managing Director of the company). In regards to dedicated server refunds, we are unfortunately unable to provide refunds on dedicated server sales under any circumstances due to previous problems from clients.
5. Should you fail to make a payment when due, the company reserves the right to instantly terminate any services you are currently renting from us, and also terminate any contracts instantly
6. A ‘fair use’ policy is in effect, that as the name infers, all services are under the governance of fair use decided by the company
7. Dedicated servers:
7.1. As explained in section 4, dedicated server refunds are not possible and will not be given under any circumstances.
7.2. Root access will not be given to dedicated server customers for their server unless special permission is granted by the Managing Director of the company. This is to prevent misuse of our service that may infringe section 1 of this document.
By accepting to these terms and conditions you understand that if any of these clauses are broken then your services with us can be instantly terminated at the discretion of the company, and a further decision will be made if legal action is required. Furthermore, we will never purposefully share any of your details with 3rd party companies that are not currently being utilised through our services.
